I define myself a yoga teacher and movement coach for people who want to unlock skills by exploring anatomy and mind connection.
When people come to my classes, they should expect fun and challenging mix of strength work, gymnastics-inspired movements, and traditional yoga poses, all combined by a playful and creative flow. My focus is on exploration on new ways to move, building body awareness…and upbeat music!
My main goal is to leave people feeling empowered, strong, and definitely more uplifted.
